Pakistan Navy Successfully Tests Locally Developed Anti-Ship Missile

Pakistan Navy has successfully conducted a test of a locally developed anti-ship missile, marking a significant milestone in the country’s defense capabilities.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the missile accurately and rapidly struck its target at a long distance, demonstrating high precision and operational effectiveness.

Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf witnessed the missile firing during the test. A team of scientists and engineers was also present on the occasion, highlighting the collaborative effort behind the development.

ISPR stated that the missile is equipped with a modern guidance system and advanced technology, enabling it to effectively engage targets even in changing and challenging conditions.

Officials emphasized that the successful trial reflects Pakistan’s growing technical expertise and self-reliance in defense production. The achievement highlights the integration of advanced engineering and operational readiness.

The statement further noted that the Pakistan Navy remains committed to strengthening maritime defense capabilities and ensuring effective deterrence at sea.
