The Ministry of Religious Affairs has made it mandatory for all Hajj 2026 pilgrims to fill out a medical form via the Pak Hajj mobile app. The step aims to ensure proper medical support and monitoring during the pilgrimage.
A ministry spokesperson said the medical questionnaire must be completed by Friday. Pilgrims are required to provide “Yes” or “No” answers regarding health conditions, including blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and thyroid disorders.
In addition, the Ministry has uploaded the Hajj flight schedule on the app, along with a link for printing Hajj visas. Pilgrims can now access essential travel information and services directly from their mobile devices.
The Pak Hajj app is continuously updated with step-by-step guidance and announcements. Authorities have urged pilgrims to regularly check the app to stay informed about new instructions and updates related to their journey.
By digitizing medical forms and travel details, the Ministry aims to improve healthcare coordination, streamline logistics, and provide a safer, more efficient Hajj experience for Pakistani pilgrims.
