The system uses a simple scoring method. Factors such as length of service, student-teacher ratio, academic performance, and attendance will be considered. Special preference will be given to persons with disabilities, widows, and highly qualified applicants.
Speaking at the ceremony, Arshad Ayub Khan said that teachers previously faced many challenges during transfers. He added that the new system will ensure transparency and fairness, increasing trust in the process.
He further explained that teachers can now apply for transfers from home using a mobile application. This will save time, improve efficiency, and contribute to better academic performance. The government also plans to further enhance the system in the future.
