In a major step toward digital governance, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched the Punjab Police Pakistan App to facilitate citizens across the province.
The launch ceremony took place in Lahore, where the chief minister highlighted the importance of technology-driven public services aimed at improving convenience and efficiency.
Under this new initiative, citizens no longer need to visit police stations or service centers to report the loss of important documents such as national identity cards, passports, and driving licenses.
Now you can report the loss of your CNIC, passport, driving license, and other important documents from the comfort of your home.

The app allows users to file reports of lost documents directly from their homes, significantly reducing time and effort. This move is expected to streamline police services and minimize unnecessary public visits.
In addition, citizens will be able to receive their First Information Report (FIR) at their doorstep, marking a major improvement in service delivery and accessibility.
This initiative reflects the Punjab government’s commitment to modernizing public services and leveraging technology to enhance citizen experience and transparency.
