The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new patriotic song in the Balochi language, titled ‘Pak Ae Watan,’ as part of Pakistans Independence Day celebrations. The release highlights the country’s cultural diversity while expressing love and devotion to the homeland.

The ISPR Balochi song ‘Pak Ae Watan’ features the distinctive voice of renowned Baloch singer Akhtar Chanal. His performance adds a traditional Balochi character to the patriotic production and brings a regional cultural identity to the Independence Day celebrations.

The song focuses on themes of patriotism, national unity and affection for Pakistan. Through its music and visuals, the production seeks to celebrate the emotional connection people share with their homeland while showcasing the richness of Balochistan’s cultural heritage.

The newly released song has also received attention from the country’s political leadership. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif shared the video through his social media platform, bringing the patriotic production to a wider audience ahead of Independence Day.

In his message, the prime minister praised the singers and producers associated with the project. He expressed appreciation for their efforts in creating a song that reflects strong patriotic sentiments and celebrates Pakistan’s national spirit.

The release of ‘Pak Ae Watan’ in Balochi also reflects the importance of representing Pakistan’s different languages and cultural traditions in national celebrations. By incorporating a regional language into an Independence Day production, the song presents patriotism through a distinctly Balochi cultural perspective.
