Minhaj Quran International ACUNS 2026 participation marked a significant presence at the 39th Annual Meeting of the Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS), held from July 1 to 3, 2026, in Lisbon, Portugal. The event brought together global experts, diplomats, researchers, and representatives of international organizations to discuss the future of multilateral cooperation.
The conference, hosted by Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, focused on “Multilateralism under Challenge and the Future of the Pact.” During the event, Minhaj Quran International presented its vision of promoting education, peace, interfaith harmony, research, and international dialogue as key elements for addressing global challenges.
A delegation representing Minhaj Quran International Europe and Minhaj University Lahore actively participated in more than 25 academic sessions. Members of the delegation chaired discussions, presented research papers, and contributed to debates on global governance, sustainable development, climate challenges, human security, and reforms in international systems.
