The Pakistan Cricket Board has officially announced the match officials for the highly anticipated Pakistan vs Australia ODI Series 2026, scheduled to take place from May 30 to June 4 in Rawalpindi and Lahore. The three-match One Day International series is expected to attract massive attention from cricket fans across the globe.
Former Sri Lankan cricketer Graeme Labrooy will serve as the match referee for all three ODI matches. The experienced official has previously supervised several major ICC events and international bilateral series.
The ICC Elite Panel umpires Aleem Dar, Richard Kettleborough, and Kumar Dharmasena have been appointed to officiate during the series. Their inclusion ensures top-level international standards for the matches between Pakistan and Australia.
The opening ODI match will be played in Rawalpindi on May 30. Kumar Dharmasena and Pakistan’s Asif Yaqoob will perform on-field umpiring duties in the first encounter. Asif Yaqoob is currently part of the ICC Emerging Umpires Panel and continues to gain international recognition.
The second ODI is scheduled at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on June 2. Faisal Khan Afridi and England’s Richard Kettleborough will serve as the on-field umpires for the important clash. Faisal Khan Afridi is a member of the ICC International Panel of Umpires.
The third and final ODI of the series will also be held at Gaddafi Stadium on June 4. Pakistan’s Aleem Dar and Sri Lanka’s Kumar Dharmasena will supervise the match as on-field umpires. Meanwhile, ICC International Panel umpire Nasir Hussain will take charge as the fourth umpire during the final game.
