Iran’s Parliament Speaker has firmly stated that the country will not accept negotiations under threats or pressure.
In a social media statement, he said that the United States is attempting to turn the negotiation table into a platform for surrender, which Iran strongly rejects.
He added that actions such as blockades and violations of ceasefire agreements contradict the spirit of diplomacy and only increase tensions rather than building trust.
According to him, pressure tactics will not succeed in forcing Iran into submission, and such an approach makes meaningful negotiations impossible.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister emphasized that the United States must abandon unrealistic demands and respect the rights of the Iranian people.
He noted that war has already proven ineffective and that diplomacy remains the only viable solution to the ongoing crisis.
Officials also warned that repeating past mistakes could lead to a decisive response, stressing that unrealistic nuclear demands will not be part of any negotiation process.
