The Marka-e-Haq Operation has been described by Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi as a significant military and intelligence success achieved with divine support. Speaking at a press conference alongside Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, he said the armed forces strengthened national defense and upheld the country’s strategic position during the conflict.
During remarks on the Marka-e-Haq Operation, Mohsin Naqvi stated that Indian forces launched small and medium-sized drones into Pakistani territory, but most were intercepted and destroyed at the border. He added that Pakistan’s Rangers and security forces responded effectively, preventing large-scale damage.
He further claimed that Pakistan successfully countered cyber-related threats, stating that Indian cyber capabilities were not comparable to Pakistan’s defensive systems. According to him, the coordination between military and intelligence agencies played a key role in preventing escalation and maintaining control during sensitive phases of the conflict.
Speaking about intelligence operations during the Marka-e-Haq Operation, the interior minister said Pakistan’s agencies received highly detailed and timely information about enemy movements. He expressed surprise at the accuracy of intelligence inputs, suggesting that Pakistan had near-complete situational awareness during the confrontation.
Mohsin Naqvi also claimed that Pakistan targeted key military assets of the opposing side, including strategic installations, naval positions, and air-related infrastructure. He said these developments contributed to shifting the balance during the conflict and eventually pushed the opposing side toward seeking a ceasefire.
He praised Pakistan’s media for playing a unifying role during the Marka-e-Haq Operation, stating that national broadcasters helped strengthen public morale and maintain unity. He contrasted this with what he described as confusion within the opposing country’s media landscape during the conflict.
The minister concluded by stating that Pakistan’s armed forces and intelligence institutions demonstrated exceptional coordination and readiness. He also suggested that future military aggression against Pakistan would face a stronger and more decisive response, reinforcing the country’s defense posture.
