During the latest hearing, the magistrate directed that charges against the accused, Anmol alias Pinky, will be framed on the next scheduled date. The decision marks an important procedural step before the commencement of the trial in the pending cases.

According to jail authorities, copies of the charge sheets and witness statements in six separate cases have been provided to the accused inside the prison. Officials stated that the documents were personally delivered to the accused in compliance with court orders to ensure all legal requirements were fulfilled.

Police officials said the cases against Anmol alias Pinky were registered between 2020 and 2022 under allegations related to narcotics offences. Investigators maintain that the accused had remained absconding in these cases before being taken into custody.
