The NCCIA questionnaire for Mohammad Rizwan has been presented before the Lahore High Court, revealing the information sought from the Pakistan cricketer during an ongoing inquiry. The five-page questionnaire was submitted by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency’s lawyer, Assistant Attorney General, during court proceedings.
According to the questionnaire, the NCCIA asked Rizwan to provide details of his social media accounts maintained over the past 10 years. The agency also sought information about his sources of salary and income received through rent during the last five years.
The NCCIA questionnaire for Mohammad Rizwan also sought financial information related to profits earned on money held in bank accounts. Rizwan was asked to provide details of household expenses incurred during the past five years, along with information about his educational expenses.
The agency further requested details about inherited properties held by the cricketer. The questionnaire also asked for records of property purchases and sales made by Rizwan during the previous five years. These questions form part of the financial and personal information sought during the inquiry.
Rizwan was also asked to provide details of his international travel over the past five years, including expenses incurred during those trips. Information about his domestic travel during the same period was also requested as part of the questionnaire submitted before the court.
The questionnaire additionally sought details of any loans Rizwan may have taken from other individuals during the previous five years. The questions cover several areas, including income, assets, expenditure, travel and financial transactions, as the agency continues its inquiry.
The NCCIA notice issued to Rizwan was also presented. According to its contents, the agency is investigating alleged online betting in Pakistan cricket and wants to record Rizwan’s statement. The notice states that failure to appear would be treated as an indication that he had nothing to offer in his defence.
