A Saqib Chadhar PECA Act Case has emerged after a complaint filed by actress Momina Iqbal led to the registration of a case at the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). The case involves allegations of cyber harassment, blackmail, and illegal surveillance against the Punjab Assembly member and several other individuals.
According to details included in the First Information Report (FIR), the complaint was submitted by Momina Iqbal, who accused Saqib Chadhar, his wife Sumaira Khan, and alleged accomplices of engaging in unlawful activities targeting her. The matter is now under investigation by relevant authorities.
The FIR alleges that the accused illegally monitored the actress and issued threats to both her and members of her family. Investigators are expected to examine digital evidence and communications as part of the ongoing inquiry into the allegations.
The complaint further states that a marriage proposal involving the parties did not proceed after information regarding Chadhar’s existing marriage became known. Following that development, the FIR claims that alleged attempts were made to pressure and blackmail the actress through private videos.

Meanwhile, during proceedings at a sessions court in Lahore, interim bail was granted to Saqib Chadhar in connection with the case. The court directed authorities not to arrest him until June 24 and ordered relevant agencies to refrain from taking him into custody during that period.
