Trump Says New Iran Nuclear Deal Will Block Tehran’s Nuclear Ambitions

US President Donald Trump has stated that a proposed new agreement with Iran would serve as a strong barrier against Tehran’s nuclear ambitions. Speaking during a meeting with the President of the United Arab Emirates in France, Trump emphasized that the deal is designed to prevent Iran from advancing its nuclear capabilities.

According to Trump, the idea of sending the agreement to the US Congress for review is worth considering. He indicated that lawmakers could be given an opportunity to examine the details of the proposed arrangement before any final implementation.

The former president also compared the new framework with the nuclear agreement negotiated during former President Barack Obama’s administration. Trump argued that the earlier deal posed significant risks to stability in the Middle East and could have allowed Iran to move closer to obtaining nuclear weapons.

Highlighting the objectives of the proposed agreement, Trump claimed that the new arrangement contains stricter safeguards aimed at limiting Iran’s ability to expand its nuclear program. He described the deal as a protective measure for regional security.

Trump further stated that Iran is eager to resolve ongoing disputes and return to normal economic and commercial activities. He suggested that progress in negotiations could help ease tensions and create opportunities for renewed engagement.

In addition, Trump revealed that key points of the agreement could be shared publicly within the next few days. He said the media may soon receive a detailed explanation of the proposed terms and conditions.
