Gold Prices Fall in Pakistan by Rs3,700 Per Tola Amid Global Decline

Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a significant decline on Saturday as domestic bullion rates followed a downward trend in the international market. The Gold prices fall in Pakistan came after global gold prices dropped, affecting local rates across major markets.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold decreased by Rs3,700 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs426,736 per tola. The price of 10 grams of gold also declined by Rs3,202 to Rs365,857.

In the international bullion market, gold prices fell by $37 per ounce, reaching $4,043 per ounce. Market analysts link daily price movements to changes in global demand, currency trends, and investor activity in international markets.

Silver prices also witnessed a decline in the local market. The price of silver dropped by Rs57 per tola to Rs6,237, while the rate for 10 grams decreased by Rs49 to Rs5,347.

The latest decrease followed a period of fluctuations in gold prices. A day earlier, gold rates had increased in both global and local markets, with domestic prices rising by Rs3,000 per tola before the latest decline.

Gold and silver markets in Pakistan continue to experience frequent changes due to international price movements. Traders and investors closely monitor global economic indicators, currency conditions, and market demand before making decisions.

The recent Gold prices fall in Pakistan reflects the impact of global bullion trends on the domestic market. Experts say precious metal prices may continue to fluctuate as international economic conditions and investor sentiment change.
