The Islamabad police search operation was intensified as the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police launched large-scale combing and search operations across multiple areas of the capital to strengthen security and monitor suspicious activities.
According to officials, the Islamabad police search operation aimed to ensure law and order in the city and prevent any potential security threats. Special teams were deployed in different sectors to conduct thorough checks.
During the operation, around 30 suspicious individuals were taken into custody. Police authorities confirmed that all detainees were shifted to relevant police stations for further investigation and verification.
The ICT Police also impounded one vehicle and 33 motorcycles for document and legal checks. Officials said these actions were part of the broader Islamabad police search operation to ensure compliance with traffic and security laws.
A police spokesperson stated that special checkpoints have been established at entry and exit points of Islamabad. These checkpoints are aimed at monitoring movement and strengthening overall city security.
