Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that any military approach against Iran would completely fail, emphasizing that threats will not weaken the country’s resolve.
Speaking to Iranian media, Araghchi said that recent warnings from the United States and Israel would have no impact, adding that Iran is accustomed to such rhetoric.
He stressed that even U.S. officials understand that wars and threats cannot achieve meaningful results, reiterating that a military path against Iran is not a viable option.
Araghchi further asserted that Iran would stand firmly against any pressure and would not bow to external demands under any circumstances.
He added that Iran is open to dialogue, but only if it is conducted with mutual respect, stating that respect would be reciprocated.
During a meeting of BRICS countries, Araghchi strongly criticized U.S. and Israeli actions, calling for member states to openly condemn what he described as violations of international law.
He also criticized Western countries for their silence regarding tensions involving Iran, warning that such silence could embolden further actions by Washington and Tel Aviv.
The Iranian foreign minister concluded by saying that while Iran does not seek war, any attack would be met with a strong and decisive response.
