Cricket Australia has officially announced its squad for the upcoming tour of Pakistan, where the Australian team will play a three-match One Day International (ODI) series against Pakistan.
Australia has also revealed its white-ball squads for the tour of Bangladesh. During the Bangladesh tour, Australia will participate in a three-match ODI series followed by a three-match T20 International series.
For the Pakistan ODI series, Mitchell Marsh has been appointed captain of the Australian side. Cricket Australia is expected to use the series as an important preparation opportunity ahead of upcoming international tournaments.
The Australian squad for the Pakistan tour includes Alex Carey, Nathan Ellis, Cameron Green, Josh Inglis, Matthew Kuhnemann, Marnus Labuschagne, Riley Meredith, Ollie Peake, Matthew Renshaw, Tanveer Sangha, Liam Scott, Matthew Short, Billy Stanlake, and Adam Zampa.
The ODI series between Pakistan and Australia will begin on May 30 in Rawalpindi. The remaining two matches are scheduled to be played on June 2 and June 4 in Lahore.
