The Myanmar leader began his visit in Bihar, where he received an official welcome from Indian authorities. He is scheduled to visit Bodh Gaya, one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites, where followers believe Gautama Buddha attained enlightenment. The visit highlights the deep cultural and religious links between the two nations.
