The Karachi weather update indicates that residents may experience strong winds and light drizzle over the next 24 hours, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). The city is expected to remain partly cloudy with humid weather conditions throughout the forecast period.
The Meteorological Department said that strong sea breezes are likely to continue, bringing some relief from the prevailing humid conditions. There is also a chance of light drizzle in isolated parts of the city, particularly during the early morning or late evening hours.
Weather officials expect the maximum temperature in Karachi to range between 33°C and 35°C over the next 24 hours. Despite the cloud cover, humidity levels are expected to remain relatively high, making the weather feel warmer than the actual temperature.
According to the department, the minimum temperature recorded during the previous 24 hours was 28.5°C. The combination of warm temperatures and high humidity is likely to result in muggy conditions across most areas of the city.
The PMD also reported that the humidity level currently stands at 78 percent, while sea winds are blowing at a speed of approximately 18 kilometers per hour. These winds are expected to persist and may contribute to occasional cloud formation and scattered drizzle.
